We offer European influenced American cuisine and our menu includes all natural hormone-free beef, veal, pork, and poultry, and only fresh, wild seafood. The menu is further enhanced by local produce and farm fresh eggs, changing frequently as availability and seasons allow.
We strive toward excellence to ensure that all we produce is of the highest quality. Breads, dressings, desserts, ice creams and sorbets are completely homemade by us. With combined experience of over 45 years in the hotel and restaurant business, we are well versed in special dietary needs of our customers, whether it be vegan, lactose, gluten-free etc. With advance notice upon reservation, it would be our pleasure to accommodate any special dietary request or restrictions.
